At MOIRA BEAUTY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be accepted for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unused items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
